Dr. Welsh has over 25 years experience injecting the face and performing oral surgical procedures. He knows many options beyond dermal fillers and Botox/Xeomin injections for facial aesthetic consideration.

In addition, the beauty of going to Dr. Welsh, especially for dermal fillers, is that you can be NUMB! Just like a dental procedure, he can numb areas of your face with short-lasting anesthetic and you won't feel a thing. Countless times we hear, "I didn't even feel the shot" or "That was the best injection I've ever had." Dr. Welsh injects anesthetic daily and knows how to make these injections comfortable, quick, and relatively painless.

Dr. Welsh has studied and been thoroughly trained in facial anatomy. Therefore, he understands the physiology, skeletal structures, vascular and nervous system of the face, and overall facial aesthetics.

Dr. Welsh has extensive training in determining the proper ratios of lips to teeth, the smile considerations when the patients go into a partial or a full smile, proper phonetics, and how the teeth relate to the soft tissue surrounding the mouth.

The patient's face and certainly the lower face is where Dr. Welsh spends his time every single day.

Scheduling your first appointment:

If you are interested in exploring cosmetic injection options, give our office a call to schedule a quick evaluation. At this evaluation, Dr. Welsh will give you a few options. If at that time, you want to pursue these options, one of our assistants will take you to a room and take pictures and gather information. There is a charge of $62.00 for this portion of the visit.

If you decide to proceed with treatment then the $62.00 will be credited toward your cosmetic injections.

After the pictures are taken, information is gathered and Dr. Welsh spends time reviewing your case, we will then get you back for a no-charge consultation to review all of your options and go over cost of treatment. At this time, you can decide if you want to go forward with any of these options.

Since these procedures are temporary and will wear off eventually, if you are a regular patient of Dr. Welsh's we can do touch-up appointments at your routine continuing care visits. How convenient is that?
