Meet our Dental Assistants:
  Melissa Hostetler, "Missy", is a dental assistant with over 8 years of dental experience. She has been working with Dr. Welsh since 2005. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, camping and loves to shop. Missy loves her job because, "I enjoy helping people to feel more comfortable, confident and educated." She enjoys working at Dr. Welsh's office because, "It is a well-structured office, with a wonderful Dr. and staff that give patients the time and attention they are looking for."
Jami Ashbaugh is a Certified Dental Assistant and Expanded Functions Dental Assistant with over 27 years of dental experience, and has been working with Dr. Welsh since 1995. Her education comes from Akron Institute for Dental Assisting, University of Florida and Case Western Reserve University. Jami is involved in 4-H and enjoys gardening and outdoor recreation. She has two children, Bradi and Tyler. "I enjoy coming to work each day because the strengths and uniqueness of each team member complement each other so that we can focus on our tasks and reach our goals. The well-rounded team members are very caring to our patients and to each other. This is why I just don't call them my co-workers or team members, I call them my family."
Pat Wood is a Certified Dental Assistant with over 18 years of dental experience, and has been working with Dr. Welsh since 2000. Her education is from Nashville Technical College in Nashville, Tennessee. Pat enjoys watching her son, Vayden, play sports. She also enjoys reading. Pat enjoys dental assisting because, "I enjoy the feeling of being able to help people." She enjoys working at Dr. Welsh's office because, "we are all pretty close like family."

Meet our Front Desk:
Kim Brown is a financial coordinator and has been working with Dr. Welsh since 2006. Kim is the person who is in the consultation appointments with Dr. Welsh and goes over cost and insurance with any patient who needs treatment. She also handles any billing questions that a patient may have. Kim received her education from Mount Union College and enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and friends. Kim enjoys working around her house and shopping. How does she enjoy her job? "It's enjoyable learning about our patients. Everyday is a new experience." She enjoys working at Dr. Welsh's office because, "The staff I work with is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and hardworking. By far, this is the best staff I have ever worked with!"
Erin Obrst is the appointment coordinator at Dr. Welsh's office. She is just the right person to find the perfect appointment time for our patients. She has been working with Dr. Welsh since 2005. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and friends. She enjoys dentistry because "I am constantly helping people and I'm always learning new things." Why does she enjoy working at this office? "I enjoy the people I work with and this job is never boring!"

Meet our hygienists:
Lindsay Olinger is a registered dental hygienist with over 7 years of dental experience and has been working with Dr. Welsh since 2007. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and taking trips to the beach. Lindsay enjoys dental hygiene because, " I enjoy helping people better understand their dental health and opening up their eyes to the importance of having healthy teeth and gums."  Why does Lindsay enjoy about working for Dr. Welsh?  "Everything.  This office is very organized and up to date with the newest technology.  The whole staff is extremely helpful."
Crystal Horn is a registered dental hygienist with over 11 years of dental experience, and has been working with Dr. Welsh since 2000. She graduated from Stark State in 2000. Crystal enjoys spending time with her husband, family and pets. She also enjoys scrapbooking, volleyball & bowling. Crystal enjoys dental hygiene because, "I like getting to know my patients and working together with them to keep their smiles beautiful and healthy!" Why Dr. Welsh's office?
